Andiamo in Italia
Italy has a different relationship with time.
No rushing. No optimizing. Just the pleasure of a long table, a slow morning, food that came from the ground nearby. The Italians have always known something the rest of us are only beginning to remember — that how we live is the medicine.
These retreats are an invitation to experience that firsthand. To slow down long enough to remember what rest actually feels like. To eat food that is real, cooked with care, shared with people who are paying attention. To walk through a landscape that has been tended for centuries and feel what that does to your nervous system.
No itinerary packed with programming. No hustle dressed up as wellness. Just Italy — and the rare, quiet luxury of time to be in it.
TUSCANY | SEPTEMBER 2026
LAND, TABLE & SLOWNESS
September is Tuscany at its very best. The harvest is underway — grapes coming off the vine, olives being pressed, porcini mushrooms appearing at every market stall. The brutal heat of August has broken. The tourists have thinned. What remains is the Tuscany the Italians actually live in.
We stay in a private medieval village tucked into the hills, and we take our time. Mornings begin slowly — coffee, light, the sound of the countryside waking up. Days are shaped around the pleasure of being somewhere extraordinary: visits to local farms and producers at the height of the harvest season, organic cooking classes with ingredients picked the same morning, long lunches that drift into long golden afternoons, a soak in natural thermal springs, unhurried walks through villages that have stood for a thousand years.
This is not a schedule. It is an experience of a different pace — and you will feel the difference in your body before the week is out.

SARDINIA | MAY 2027
THE ART OF LIVING LONG
Sardinia is one of the world's five Blue Zones — places where people routinely live past 100, not because of any program or protocol, but because of how they live. The way they eat. The way they move through the land. The way they gather and share and rest. Researchers have studied them. I'd rather take you there.
May on the island is extraordinary — the hills are still green, wildflowers cover the interior, the sea is warming up and the summer crowds haven't yet arrived. We settle into the ancient landscape and take our time. We cook with local shepherds and farmers, using ingredients grown in some of the most mineral-rich soil on earth. We explore coastline that has barely changed in centuries. We eat unhurriedly. We sleep well.
Sardinia is not a metaphor for longevity. It is a living example of it. A week here will show you more about what it means to live well than any book or protocol ever could.
